Here is the plot. It may be a little off so bear with me. A crack
addicted mom gives birth to a child. A few days after the child is
born she needed a fix. So she puts it in a box and places it in a
dumpster and goes to get her crack. While she is gone a woman hears
the baby crying and takes it to a hospital. The nurse caring for the
baby falls in love with it and tries addopting it but the mother is
fighting her on it. And in the end the nurse does adopt the child.
